Fabio was born in Como, Italy and started his career mixing drinks at Da Vittorio’s, a Michelin 3* restaurant.

He moved to London and started to work at the iconic Artesian Bar in the Langham Hotel in 2015. With his team, Fabio won “The World’s Best Bar” for four consecutive years and was instrumental in the opening of the bars inside Massimo Bottura’s restaurant project at The Conduit, London.

Fabio has been cited in Forbes for his cocktail creations.
